2016 NFI Hearth Appliance Installation Survey

We need as many knowledgeable industry members to take the 2016 NFI Hearth Appliance Installation Survey as possible. The Job Analysis is a formal survey that credible certification programs use on a regular basis. The format is simple. It contains a list of what you need to know and what you need to do in order to install hearth appliances. The goal is to prioritize those tasks and the knowledge so we can develop our exams. While everything we do is important, we cannot test it all. The best practices for certification programs relies on industry feedback. Simply put, we want to make sure that if a NFI Certified person ends up in court, our program will withstand the scrutiny it would likely get. The survey will take approximately 35 - 45 minutes to complete. Those who are NFI certified will earn 1.0 Technical CEUs for completing it.
