Fuel Choice Legislation - Ban on Gas Bans

Throughout 2020, an increasing number of jurisdictions (both cities and states) began considering new “decarbonization” initiatives that will severely limit – or even ban – natural gas and propane in new homes. Several states in our affiliate are working on legislation to prevent these types of bans from happening in their state - Indiana and Kansas. If you have not already done so, write your state senator or representative today in support of these fuel choice bills. Our committee has been in contact with the Senator willing to sponsor this type of bill and will continue to monitor its progress.
