Missouri State Energy Plan

On October 15th, Missouri's Department of Economic Development released a new Comprehensive State Energy Plan, which included recommendations for a statewide building energy code that would apply to commercial and residential new construction. In Missouri, a home rule state, any energy code in place is only enacted on the local level. St. Louis County is currently reviewing the 2015 IECC for adoption. UPDATE: An online comment form for the State Energy Plan can be found here and comments will be accepted until January 31th.
