PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
The American Lung Association will administer this program. All retailers must complete a "Participating Retailer Agreement" before promoting or participating in this program. The homeowners will work directly with the retailer to determine the best appliance for their needs and to apply for the incentive. A webinar to learn the administrative process has been scheduled for Thursday, November 15 at 3:00 PM ET. Call in details will be emailed to members after they signed the retailer agreement.

THINGS FOR RETAILERS TO KEEP IN MIND
1. Installers must be NFI or CSIA certified to qualify
2. Retailers will be responsible for receiving approval for incentives, installing fireplace within 60-days of approval, completing and mailing required paperwork and photos to receive funds.
3. Retailers must ensure that the old appliance is removed from the premises, the doors are removed from the appliance and that it is transferred to a program-approved recycling facility.
