NEW for 2010, MWHPBA will hold its first Product Showcase at their 11th Annual Meeting. In the past, MWHPBA has only offered tabletop displays to our annual sponsors. This year, sponsors will be given more room for their display and products indoors, and sponsors can also display their products in action in our spacious outdoor burn area. Showcase to retailers, service companies and distributors in the Midwest region at our 1 1/2 day event.
INDOOR SPACES: Indoor booth spaces are 10' wide and 6' deep and will be placed in the main meeting room where a majority of the meeting will be held. | OUTDOOR SPACES: Showcase your fireplaces, grills, etc. in action! This year's meeting location, the Sheraton Westport, has an outdoor burn area just steps from the meeting room - the closest it has ever been. Outdoor spaces are available in 10' wide and 16' deep sections. Platinum through Bronze level sponsors can receive up to six sections to accommodate burn trailers. | BOOTH TIMES: MWHPBA has scheduled extra time in our program for attendees to visit with sponsors and view your products. Kicking off our meeting will be the "Last Fling til Spring", a reception designed to give all of our guests adequate face time with sponsors. We have also scheduled additional time during our education program on Monday. |

| The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Westport Chalet in St. Louis, MO. This newly renovated hotel is centrally located within St. Louis County and just five miles from Lambert Airport. Westport Plaza has over eighteen restaurants and entertainment venues, which make it an excellent location for sponsors to entertain their customers. |
