"We go to the annual meeting because
this is where we find the Winners and Doers of our industry. In a short time we
learn what's new and hot, what we can
do to make our business run better and pick up a few bits of information to take back to the shop for employees so they
too feel they have gained by our participation."

John Bassemier, President

"The national EXPO is such a busy time
for all of us that its nearly impossible to connect with others on a one-to-one
basis. But at the summer meeting of our Midwest Affiliate is a different story.
There IS time for those personal connections with retailers, reps and manufacturers. It's also a time to learn about the latest new trends in products, government regulations and marketing."
